Cowlitz Tribal Elder Housing at Saint Mary's has single rooms and studio units available now!

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Native American elders 62 OR disabled Natives on SSI
• Income falling below $44,600 annually for a single, $51,000 for a couple
• Rent is based on income and will not exceed 20%
