The Cowlitz Indian Tribe (CIT) is soliciting a request for proposal for the following project: Cowlitz Indian Tribe (CIT) Tribal Member Benefits Services. Please see below for general information and our submission deadline.
Submission Instructions:
- Approach: Narrative of how the vendor will design, implement, integrate, and administer
- Tribal Member Benefits Program (TMBP).
- Proposed Timeline: Implementation phases, milestones, and deliverables.
- Cost Proposal: Transparent pricing, including implementation, monthly administration, per-member costs, transaction fees, optional features, and other fees.
- Relevant Experience: A portfolio of relevant past work, especially projects involving Indigenous communities, governments, or organizations.
- References: A list of at least three professional references from past clients, including contact information.
- Tribal Experience: Evidence of experience working with Tribal governments, communities, or organizations. Cultural competency and understanding of Tribal sovereignty are highly valued.
- Team Composition: Names, roles, and qualifications of team members who will be involved in the project.
- Conflict of Interest Statement: A brief statement disclosing any potential conflicts of interest
