Wildboy Creek Phase II Design Project RFP for Preliminary Design Services

The Cowlitz Indian Tribe Natural Resources Department is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide preliminary design services for the Wildboy Creek Phase II habitat restoration project. The selected consultant will support data collection, site investigations, hydraulic modeling, and development of restoration alternatives to improve habitat complexity, floodplain connectivity, and long-term stream function within the Wildboy Creek watershed. Full project requirements, specifications, and submission instructions are included in the attached RFP document.

Additional Information
This project includes topographic and bathymetric surveys, hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, development of conceptual and preferred restoration alternatives, and preparation of preliminary design and Basis of Design documents. Work will be coordinated with Tribal Natural Resources staff and must meet applicable permitting and environmental standards. Consultants with experience in stream and habitat restoration, engineered log jams, and hydraulic design are encouraged to apply.
