Enrollment Update

9/1/2026 — NEW MEMBER PORTAL. All Member Portal content will be transitioned to the GWE Portal by September 1, 2026, at which time the GWE Portal will officially be renamed the Cowlitz Member Portal. Between now and September 1, you may see new content and resources appear in the GWE portal as everything is transitioned over. GWE attestation will still be available as the transition takes place.

The URL for the portal will also change on September 1. Beginning that day, you can access the Cowlitz Member Portal at: https://cowlitzmemberportal.ritetrack.net/. Starting September 1, the URL for the former GWE Portal (https://cowlitzgweportal.ritetrack.net/) will redirect you to the new Cowlitz Member Portal URL.

If you already have a GWE Portal account, you do not need to create a new account. Your existing login will provide access to the new Cowlitz Member Portal.

The Tribe will be reaching out directly to Tribal members who do not currently have a GWE Portal account to assist them with getting set up.

If you need assistance accessing your existing GWE Portal account or completing two-factor authentication (2FA), support is available during the transition. If you have questions or need assistance accessing or registering your portal account, please see the resources below:

Those with questions or who need assistance may also contact the support team at (360) 512-7888 (extension 9005) or by emailing enrollment@cowlitz.org.
