The Cowlitz Indian Tribe (CIT) is soliciting proposals for a consultant service to perform a comprehensive feasibility study/conceptual engineering design for the NW 31st Ave and N. Royle Rd, as described in Scope of Work provided in Attachment A. Contractor is responsible to obtain all necessary permits as required. All work must meet federal, local, and Cowlitz Indian Tribe standards, specifications, and codes.
Special Considerations:
- All bidding, contractual, and work processes for all participating parties must meet the requirements specified in CIT Procurement Code.
- Upon award of this contract to the successful bidder, this RFP will be referenced as an attachment to the contract between both parties.
- Must comply with Federal Funding and State Grant programs which include reporting responsibilities.
