RFP: Tukwila Clinic Tenant Improvement Project

The Cowlitz Indian Tribe (CIT) is soliciting proposals for the construction of the redesign of the Tukwila Clinic.

Additional Information:

• Potential Bidders are required to participate in a Site Visit on January 8, 2026.
• Two hard copies of the RFP response proposal must be submitted in sealed envelope by RFP Response Due Date and Time listed.
• Additionally, an electronic copy must be emailed to cclizebe@cowlitz.org the following morning. Emailing electronic copies of proposals prior to Due Date and Time will disqualify the entire bidding process for this RFP solicitation. Do not email RFP response proposals prior to Response Due Date and Time.
• Proposals, addressed and mailed or emailed to Cari Clizbe, cclizbe@cowlitz.org , must be submitted on attached Bid Form, provided in Attachment B, and received at CIT Public Works Department.
• Proposals shall be marked:
  “RFP Response – COWLITZ INDIAN TRIBE TUKWILA CLINIC TENANT
  IMPROVEMENT PROJECT at 6450 Southcenter Blvd, Tukwila, WA 98188."
• RFP documents may be obtained below and are available for viewing, downloading and printing on your own equipment free of charge here.

Critical Dates

• Questions about the RFP must be submitted via e-mail or in writing to the single point of contact on or before 3:00 p..m. PST January 14, 2026. No additional project questions will be addressed after this date.
• Submit proposals by 3:00 p.m. PST, January 29, 2026, Thursday. Late proposals will not be accepted.
