The Cowlitz Indian Tribe is seeking qualified consultants to develop a Comprehensive Tribal Safety Action Plan to improve roadway safety and reduce fatal and serious injury crashes within Tribal lands and areas of Tribal interest. The selected consultant will work closely with Tribal leadership and staff to analyze safety data, conduct community engagement, and prepare an actionable implementation plan. Additional Information
Professional services will include project management, crash and safety data analysis, stakeholder outreach, identification of safety strategies, performance measures, and preparation of a final Safety Action Plan ready for adoption.
