The Cowlitz Indian Tribe (CIT) is soliciting proposals for Project Management Services for the new Public Safety building on the Reservation. The selected consultant will assist the Tribe in managing the project from design development through construction and project closeout, ensuring the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with applicable Tribal, federal, and state requirements.
