The Cowlitz Indian Tribe (CIT) is soliciting proposals for the Salmon Creek Clinic Tenant Improvement Project as described in Scope of Work provided in Attachment A. Contractor is responsible to obtain all necessary permits as required. All work must meet federal, local, and Cowlitz Indian Tribe standards, specifications, and codes.
Special Considerations
- All bidding, contractual, and work processes for all participating parties must meet the requirements specified in CIT Procurement Code.
- Upon award of this contract to the successful bidder, this RFP will be referenced and incorporated
as an attachment to the contract between both parties. - Bidder must provide a detailed work schedule (Microsoft Scheduling Program or equivalent acceptable).
- This is a Lump Sum contract. If contractor does not elect to attach a schedule of values (SOV) to their proposal, the contractor will submit an invoice upon completion and CIT approval of the work.

- Addendum with Questions & Answers Issued by CIT: September 14, 2026, Monday.
- RFP Proposals Due to CIT: 3 p.m., September 23, 2026, Wednesday.
- Notice of Intent to Award issued: October 8, 2026 Thursday
- Intended Date for Notice to Proceed: The date the contract is duly executed by both parties. Anticipated Date: October 22, 2026.
