REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR COWLITZ INDIAN TRIBE ADMINSTRATION
BUILDING TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
The Cowlitz Indian Tribe (CIT) is soliciting proposals for ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR DESIGN OF A NEW PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING LOCATED AT 31501 NW 31st AVE RIDGEFIELD, WA as described in Scope of Work provided in Attachment A. Contractor is responsible to obtain all necessary permits as required. All work must meet federal, local, and Cowlitz Indian Tribe standards, specifications, and codes.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
- All bidding, contractual, and work processes for all participating parties must meet the requirements specified
in CIT Procurement Code. - Upon award of this contract to the successful bidder, this RFP will be referenced and incorporated as an
attachment to the contract between both parties. - Bidder must provide a detailed work schedule (Microsoft Scheduling Program or equivalent acceptable)
